Eritrean Coffee Ceremony, Full coffee experience 2-4 people
The term 'mosob' refers to the traditional, circular, handwoven basket, on which Eritrean food is served and communally enjoyed.
Food is often shared from a communal plate and eaten with the hands, by tearing off a piece of injera and using it to pick up a bit of food.
The beautiful coffee ceremony is one of the most important and recognizable parts of Eritrean culture.
The process of preparing and serving the coffee is slow and deliberate, performed with great care and attention to detail.
